“When we drove up to BW it looked older so that concerned me. But the room was very clean and comfortable. What we didn’t like was the gap with the door, a half inch on the bottom left side. A quarter inch gap on the top of the door. I was concerned bugs or critters might join us, at least we were able to place a towel at the bottom of the door. The air conditioning unit had a weird smell and was very noisy. The complementary breakfast was okay if you prefer a cold breakfast.”

“Location is great for quick in and out access to local attractions. Room maintenance could be better. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was inoperable and the shower head water pipe was not installed properly. It just stuck out off the wall and floundered around. The television control would not communicate with the black router box. The whole setup could be much better. The breakfast are coffee machines are slow to brew each cup of coffee and the staff did not monitor the makers to keep them……

“The room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and we couldn’t stay for even a minute. The staff attempted to spray something, which provided some relief, but it wasn’t sufficient. We resorted to covering ourselves with a blanket and sleeping. We arrived at the hospital at 2:30 AM and managed to get up at 7 AM, but we decided to leave immediately. At check out the lady said she couldn't compensate us as we booked thru. 3rd party.”

“This hotel was very nice, very clean, and well taken care of. There were 2 downsides to this, but not worth knocking the rating down. 1. Our bed was a lot firmer than what we are used to but we simply chose the wrong bed to sleep in and should have taken the bed our son slept in (our fault). 2. With the rooftop restaurant being the floor above our room, we could hear a lot of chairs moving around. The builder should have taken this into consideration and used better soundproofing insulation.……
