“The house is as advertised… old, creaky, and crooked. It was warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen. There were very few pots and pans, only 3 forks & 3 spoons in the utensils drawer, and just not thoughtfully stocked. We messaged the owner because the faucet was extremely loose, and we got a quick reply that he would have someone look at later. It is definitely in need of some TLC. The downstairs apartment is cozy and quaint. A great little space. ”

“Drove 7 hours with my daughter to visit her college she is attending in the fall. The code to access the fob worked perfectly and I was able to enter the building. Upon arriving at the door to enter the apartment, the same code that was supposed to work for the apartment door did not work. I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. No apology or acknowledgement from the host. I……

“This place was absolutely terrible. It was a basement efficiency that smelled musty and moldy. The carpet had been vacuumed but was old and gross. I have thrown better sheets in the trash and the comforter had stains on it. The mattress was not even a real mattress- it was an eggshell crate foam that buckled when you sat on it. The exceptional reviews are not real reviews. This was a total scam! ”
