“I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. I always pull the sheets back when I first arrive. It was hair in the bed and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk said “oh, housekeeping is not here, but I’ll give you some clean sheets” , so I had to change my own sheets as well. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Parking was fine. Overall it wasn’t 8/10 like the ratings stated. I would say maybe 5/10.”

“The property and staff were great. Breakfast and kickback were awesome! My only 2 complaints and they are minor is the coffee is too strong and I drink strong coffee and the pool was cloudy all days we were there but warm!”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“The property smells and there are air fresheners throughout to hide the smell. In the elevator there are chemical burns on the ceiling from the air fresheners. There are multiple rat traps around the property outside. But worst of all my husband and I also gotten bitten by bed bugs. Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!”
