“FABULOUS GEM! This place is super cool and a nice updated take on the “Route 66 roadside motel”. I arrived after riding a motorcycle across the state and the self check in was AMAZING. Room was super dooper clean. Mattress and pillows were comfy…I slept like a baby. The Roku TV was a nice touch. Great Mexican restaurant across the street. ”

“Due to no control of motel, new highway construction out front made it a bit of a squeeze and new construction next door also added to noise. Staff was most excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Older motel yet served our needs.”

“Wonderful experience at the trailer. Enjoyed speaking with Rex several times about the area and great life stories. Rowena was very attentive and responsive to all questions through VRBO. Excellent proximity to Great Basin. Able to prepare all our meals using the hot plate. Great stay for two of us. Don’t miss the sunsets and sunrise (picture) that was spectacular!! Thank you!!”

“We loved the house. The wildlife was spectacular. We liked the isolation in the beautiful valley. We had 3 birds fly into the east facing window. 2 died. Can you put something on the glass to help the birds see the glass”

“Explored Great Basin National Park and stayed overnight in Ely, NV. Conveniently located close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. Renovated interior provided all amenities. Would stay again!”
