“Good stay”

“The location of this property was fantastic and is it's best feature. There was a view of the sunset from the balcony. The beach was within a few minutes walk as was C-Breez, a super place for morning coffee and a new wine bar Brighton at the corner was always busy with great atmosphere. In addition it was a 5 min walk to the 'centre' where the bus station (free SurfCat to Stirling train station) Coles supermarket and many restaurants and bars were located. I would definitely recommend staying……

“Property not clean. Road noise not accurately depicted in ad. No seals on doors and windows at all and road noise was soo loud. Road works all night over two nights stay when asked for compensation for all the problems host refused and host kept avoiding conversation. Ended up leaving and when we did host took days to cancel our booking as requested.”

“Absolutely lovers this place highly recommend has everything you need and more has heaps of area and really nice views. Everything was close by and David(the owner) was very helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Me and the misses are very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back.”

“Where do I begin to say about this property. So many things need repair. Cleaning disgusting. Furniture broken or about to break(seats). Wifi not working as password incorrect. TV pixilates. No welcome package or directions etc. Linen good. View good. Stairs to walk up unsafe loose. Crack in basin top in bathroom. Holes in tiles in bathroom. Cushions on couch soiled dirty. Couch ripped n torn in places. Air-conditioning water overflow on balcony a health hazard algae build up plus water could……

“Felt severely let down by this place. List of problems including: - broken washing machine which ruined clothes (no signage to inform us) - lack of toilet paper provided - fridge that didn't work On top of all this, we were not given any details for check in, and when we asked for some, the response was rude and unwelcoming. Would not stay again. Would not recommend.”
