「The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again」

「I sent a message a couple of days ago regarding cutting our trip short because of my 84 yo father’s inability to keep his balance on the gravel walkways afraid he might fall or break a hip. The lady said you would give us a refund for the unused days. We only stayed 1 day. Please let me know.」

「Great property to meet our children and granddaughters for Christmas. Having the 2 living areas was so nice. Great kitchen to cook while others play games at the large table. 「We had 3 families with several kids and it was a wonderful stay. The kids loved hanging out downstairs with the air hockey table and spent a lot of time playing in the yard. We all had our own space and enjoyed walking down to the lake each day. The kids were sad to leave but we all enjoyed the house.」

「The people are very nice and there are always rooms avail. I love getting the one with the hot tub in the room. The pool is broken down and gross and probably a mosquito pit. The rooms were cleaned but not very good there was pee on the seat when we came in and the floors were so dirty my feet were black.」
