“Clean room, comfortable bed. ”

“Very pleasant staff and the room was exceptionally clean, quiet and cozy. I was very happy with the entire experience. ”

“Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay! ”

“The pool was out of order half our stay and that was a huge part of choosing this hotel. Our shower ran cold water the entire stay. The hotel ran out of coffee for our room the entire stay. The staff was not very pleasant in regard to accommodations. We requested a late checkout, they rudely said no. We requested to utililize the pool for a couple hours on our checkout day because we didn't get to our 1st half of our stay and they rudely said no unless we paid additional fees. ”

“The room was so clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen suite. The only thing I felt was a bit weird was the placement of the bathroom door, right in front of the beds with a silhouette barn door so if you are in the bathroom changing or getting in the shower the others can see you from the other side. A bit uncomfortable I would say and the barn door doesn't lock. The breakfast was not good. But service and cleanliness were top notch”

“Would have liked morre channelks on TV. Most places have alot of cabel channells. There for woomens Big10 tournament- no Big 10 channell only sports channell ESPN and ESPN 2. Otherwise things were good.”

“Staff was nice. Did allow us to check in early which was nice. Elevators weren't working well. Took 14m to get an Elevator at noon. Stains of body fluid on couch in our room where my son had to sleep. Went for breakfast at 9am and no waffle batter left. We went home with one hungry and sad daughter. ”

“With all the one-way streets in Indy, it was VERY difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.”
