“The room is smelling. There is no room service during our 2 nights. We have to go to the front desk and ask for the trash bag. We need to clean the trash bin by ourself.
We have to change our towel througt the front desk and there is a long way from the pool/room to the front desk.
Also we are worry about the safety. The park space in the back is dark and smelling. There was someone yelling and knock our neighboor room door in the early morning which made us scared.

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel.
Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest……
