「Called as we were going to check in very late and front desk very helpful walking through everything. Room was very cleaned and it was nice and quiet. Expensive for the property as it’s super old and a motel but it met our needs for one night.」

「My stay was great, had a bit of toilet/plumbing issues, but staff was very reactive and helpful, moved us to different and bigger room. The property could use an overall update and some fixing. But, it’s cost effective and has good location, close to Burlington and North Cascades.」

「Poor layout... no bathroom on first floor...windows left wide open in bedroom (unbeknownst to me hidden by blinds so freezing all night). Only one railing for exposed stairwell. Stains and dirt everywhere (including insect infiltration behind the microwave which itself was connected to an exposed broken plug which is a fire hazard). Poorly maintained (plaster all over bathroom; doors stained). Kitchen was dirty (I couldn't use the sponge as it was smelly and disgusting). Batteries missing in...

「Enjoyed staying overnight and spa appointment the next morning before a lovely hreakfast which was ordered to go due to catching a ferry to Friday Harbor from nearby Anacortes. Highly recommend and will return soon! PS: love the heron stained glass windows and cozy lobby with coffee or tea always available.」

「We had a quick trip and arrived late to the property. There was a helpful attendant there to get us checked in. Room was very clean. Overall great experience!」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」

「Clean room, very helpful staff, adjacent to all the channel shops and restaurants. For being a smaller property, they really did do a great job. Make sure to visit when the weather forecast is nice because most of your time will be spent outdoors.」
