「Derek was extremely courteous and helpful. The furniture was all very comfortable and sturdy--obviously not box-store variety! Well stocked kitchen--which we enjoyed tremendously! We had no issues except a little internet issue and Derek took care of us right away. We've been doing this vacation for over 20 years, and this stay was one of my favorites and most relaxing of all. 「10 out of 10!!!! This little farmhouse is EXACTLY what we needed in the Waco area! The house cozy and comfortable, a far cry from generic hotel room in Waco. The gas fireplace was a comfort we indulged in while the whole family sat and read books around it.
