“The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Room is neat, enough space for 3-4 people. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Good reception service – we booked our trip for scenic flight there – very convenient. Close to café and restaurant. 7 mins walk distance to supermarket.”

“酒店是好的，只是經過颱風後，整個Airlie beach都受損了。 酒店沒有電力，職員提供了三個驅蚊小蠟燭，剛夠照明至入眠。 沒有電力，熱水爐都提供不到熱水了，幸好我們那天尚有舊有儲存下來的温水。 酒店職員親切友善。 房間床鋪浴室都是潔淨的，很好。 酒店地點不在商業大街，開車會比較方便，而酒店內就有免費停車位置。”

“The main mirror was dirty and smudged. There was no shower gell and very little shampoo. Window blind inadequate to keep out light. No phone. Only one chair in the room. Hard to sleep due to noisy music emanating from the room next door. Reception closed when we departed at 09:30, when it was advertised they would be open from 08:00.”
