Ashby St Ledgers

"The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. We thought it was Saturday at 10 but it was actually Friday. When we got a call around 1pm asking why our belongings were still there we rushed back (about 20 minutes away) to pack up.When we arrived, the owners were cleaning and were shockingly rude. Instead of speaking to us calmly, they were confrontational and...

Top Whittlebury Hotel Reviews

Kents Hill Park Training and Conference Centre

8/10 Good

"Decent place, room had a broken window which wouldnt shut"

Whately Hall

8/10 Good

"Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely front lounge. Simple things could have made a difference. Rooms were nice but weren’t fully clean. Lamps were dusty, corners of bathroom floor had dirt from previous clients. Dirty handprint marks on toilet doors. Only 2 towels left out for a triple room and one toilet roll. Restaurant was empty and looked more like a bright school canteen. Not inviting. Warmer lights and maybe room dividers may have made it more cosy. Sports bar was closed when we were there. Felt like it had been a great spot but now feels a bit tired. Great potential to improve by simple changes."

Horwood House Hotel

8/10 Good

"Everything was good from start to finish. I was celebrating a significant birthday with my wife and the staff ahead of our visit were very good in ensuring that my wife's plans were taken care of. The restaurant provided a range of varied food choices and the quality was good. Overall a very pleasant stay."

Belvilla at Brackley, near Silverstone Circuit

8/10 Good

"An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter. The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them. We will certainly return."

Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Staff were great and the breakfast was a good wide selection, some areas of the property are in need of renovation but it did not take away from the overall experience. We enjoyed eating at 2 of the restaurants and enjoyed the spa and golf! Would definitely go again. Small one staff need to clean tables of food and drinks quicker but that was a very minor problem"
