Centrally located, you can get anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

Guests have full access to the back unit. There is a front unit that is separate. The two units share laundry.

The driveway is also shared. There is plenty of space for parking for one car in the driveway for each unit.

Abode I is the back unit of a beautifully updated Duplex. It has a shared driveway with the front unit and shared laundry space. Enter through the side door and walk into the beautifully open kitchen with bar, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful Quartz countertops. Enjoy the walk-in pantry, complete with a coffee station, small appliances, portable dishwasher, and extra storage for food. The bathroom which is just off the kitchen, has been beautifully remodeled with a tiled shower (that has a bench!). The kitchen also opens up into the living room which has a unique fireplace, built in shelving and large Smart TV. The bedroom boasts a comfy King Size Bed, Large Wardrobe and Smart TV. The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.

This does have shared walls with the front unit, so some noise does travel between the units.
