Good hotel for the money

I ended up here after leaving another hotel that was terrible. This one was VERY nice for the cost. The guy who checked is in was friendly. Our room actually had 2 rooms. One had a bed, TV, bathroom and closet, while the other also had a bed and TV as well as a table, sink, and refrigerator. Overall, my kids and I were VERY satisfied with this hotel.

Property was in decent repair except forvheat pump. Wall mounted with both broken and worn buttons. Result on a 19F night was a heat.pump that probably maintained 55F in permenat "ECCO" MODE. This heat issue could not have been a recent development, the coldest night in 2026 March was unusual. I only had 3.5 hours before.going to airport for an 06:30 flight with TSA short staffing. Spring break + golf tournaments and blizzard weather meant long lines to clear security. So RATHER than change rooms I opened the silver mylar space blanket which allowed instant sleep. The hot water was wonderul when I woke up. Late night check in was prepared, helpful and quick. I will now be asking hotel "Does the heater / air conditionet in the room work properly? at check in. Not a bad idea to travel with a space blanket to manage suprises like this!
