“A quaint former back house which exudes some old world charms with modern conveniences. On site parking. Friendly staff and excellent custom cooked breakfast. Dining options within walking distance. Convenient to the sights of North-East Scotland.”
“The hosts were so friendly and lovely, given tea on arrival and recommendations for the area. The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the horses. An extremely comfortable bed. Lots of great breakfast options and again lovely views from the dining room. A great stay!”
“Jane is friendly and sincere. We were impressed by her welcome tea while we did the check in. She actively provided advice on the choice of restaurants in the area and helped us book a table for dinner at Northern Sands. Jane and Richard are nice guys with their lovely cat, Lona. We did have a happy time there. Cheers.”

“We had a wonderful time at Burnside during our road trip through Scotland. Our suite was comfortable and provided all we needed. We loved walking around the tranquil setting and making friends with the local sheep. Our host was friendly, attentive, and the food wonderful. She lent us binoculars and guided us to the best places to see puffins. We’re happy we had the opportunity to stay there.”
