The room was comfortable and clean. View looked out on a garden which had rubbish in it. Staff were lovely and breakfast was nice as well. The walls are very thin and I could hear people in other rooms talking and coughing.

The food options were excellent and so was breakfast with all scottish ingredients. The staff were excellent and very helpful and overall we had a good stay and would stay again. Positioning was handy for the train station. A few points watch out for the prosseco small bottle as its a rip off at 10 pounds yes 10 pounds and room 209 the shower from 207 is so noisy it wakes you up.
