「The stay was lovely. We ended up checking in very late as we came straight from a performance and CJ was so helpful and stayed 2 hours later thanks he was meant to let us in. Extremely accommodating!」

「The hotel is set in a lovely location and the main building is full of character. The bar area is a little small and getting served can take a while. Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, they seemed to be under a lot of pressure and not very well organised. The food was excellent but again the time it took was quite long in some cases. The tables could do with being numbered and the staff given a plan of the layout. The rooms were a little small and the lack of air conditioning made...
