"We arrived early and although the room was ready, they charged us an “Early check-in Fee”. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in and checked in earlier that did that. It involved no effort on their behalf e.g. expediting room cleaning, so it is just a shameless money grab. Check the other FRA hotels first to see if they have this fee if you’re arriving earlier before booking here. "

"Shuttle nightmare, my husband taken off at airport. Very old towels and stained. Waiter in bar/rest over the top arrogant and lectureing what language we have to speak. Ignoreing us waiting long time for table, putting people on which came much later, even when the young waiter remindet him. Arrogant and we finally ate at fireplace at mini table, very uncomfortable and unprofessional."
