「We had no wifi at all .no blind at well overlooked by people having coffee at open doors on raised level opp room 206 no privacy . Bath taps didnt work towels looked grey not white Heating didnt work when we arrived lift broken for years as other guests told us too .No tissues in bathroom very poor restaurant set in beautiful grounds but not a good experience sadly 」

「近超市及可步行市中心，但十分嘈吵，因近馬路。後門鎖壞了，鎖不了，睡覺及出外時提心吊膽。沒有門外私家泊車位，要在後街泊車，監看不見車輛是否安全。沒有後備床單更換，28內天睡同一張床單。」
