"The staff were great! When we checked in there was no reservation for us. She did see where one was cancelled. Apparently because I made a change through Hotels.com, it cancelled my room. Luckily for me they had a room available and matched the price! I have been booking on your site for several years and this made me upset. Good thing Wyham was able to accommodate us."

"All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, around 11am, our room wasn't ready but they worked hard to find us a room and even gave us two vouchers for drinks at the pub downstairs. We didn't expect to get a room before 4pm, which is check in time, but they were attentive and thoughtful from the start. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We had a wonderful trip!"
