Es hat kein Aufenthalt stattgefunden. Uns wurde erst vor Ort mitgeteilt dass das Haus wg. Überbuchung nicht zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Ein Ersatzobjekt wurde nicht angeboten . Der Kundensupport von FeWo direkt erwies sich in diesem Fall nicht einmal als Katastrophe, er schlicht nicht stattgefunden.
