The groundfloor hall is quite rundown and dirty, you really feel you are not in the right building. Tiny elevator. Very bland reception space. Staff there intermittently. 「The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated, housekeeping cleaned promptly when requested and they were more than happy to provide extra towels upon request.
