“Parking space was limited and narrow. I drive a truck and had difficulty finding a space to accommodate my vehicle. Everything else was above average. ”

“We booked the Drury Inn due to an unforeseen plane delay that caused us to be stranded at St. Louis for the evening, and we are so happy we chose this option. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful from arranging the shuttle pickup, getting us checked in, breakfast the next morning, and back to the airport. Everything was done with great hospitality and efficiency, providing a great rest after an exhausting ordeal at the airport. ”

“This was just a quick stop on a longer road trip. The lady that checked us in was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean, bed were comfortable and AC worked GREAT! Coffee and Breakfast were good! ”

“Lots of positives about this hotel! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Good lighting over bathroom sink. Appreciated that the sink was in a separate area from the tub and toilet. Loved the daily ‘kickback’ with complementary drinks and food! Free breakfast was also very good. Some lower sugar yogurt options would be nice. Only negatives were the very dirty stairwells. We prefer to take the stairs and these areas were filthy. The toilets off the main lobby need to be upgraded. They don’t really……

“Globalement très bien mais 2 points à améliorer : - qualité du petit déjeuner : proposer plus de choix en ajoutant des salades de fruits par exemple. Varier aussi les produits. Nous sommes restés une semaine et tous les jours il y avait œufs brouillés, saucisses . Parfois la machine a pancakes marchait mais pas tous les jours... - pas de Menage dans la chambre pendant une semaine ! C'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela dans un Best western !”
