Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2 minute golf cart ride from swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Along with free live entertainment every night only a 10 minute golf cart ride away. 59 minute drive to Orlando and roughly the same to the nearest beach.
Spacious three full BD & 2 bathrooms, formal dining room, roomy living area with sizable TV. Master suite with large bedroom, walk-in closet, shower. Free WiFi, cable TV, 4-seat golf cart,washer/dryer, separate workspace for remote work, outside patio& BBQ with seating area for enjoying mornings and evenings. Guest access
*Guest passes allow you use of the adult and family pools, limited access to recreation centers, and golfing at non-resident guest-rates. This must be requested at least 2 days before arrival

Thank you for the awesome stay! The house was well appointed with everything we needed for a quick Thanksgiving trip. The board games were especially nice as we enjoyed some downtime with family. Also the house is in a great area, close to Edna's on the Green, Fenney, Magnolia shops and Brownwood. All of which we were able to enjoy with the use of the golf cart!

Nice house to spend some time away in

The home was clean and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart is electric, so we were more limited on where we could take it, but that's just because we are used gas carts. There are nice walking paths near the home as well. Would recommend!

Not terrible. Big and small issues need addressed.

Biggest complaint that we filed was that there was an indoor camera on in the entryway to the living room. Other issues: The light over the dining room table did not work. The outdoor patio table small rock bonfire did not work, seemed to be out of propane. Light flickering in the queen bedroom lamp. Hallway bathroom tub drained very slowly. Checkout instructions on the wet bar were not the same as the instructions given in the binder.
