“Overall, a good stay. Have stayed at HW before. Did notice a slight dropoff in the original wing compared to the newest wing in terms of room amenities and hallways. Had a problem with my reservation at check-in. After a relatively short wait the front-desk staff worked to resolve and honor my reservation.
Would like to give a shout out to Rose in housekeeping and Sierra at the front desk. Both provided great customer service and were pleasant and professional!”
