The location was perfect. Close the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. If going to Flagstaff take 64 to 180, beautiful drive. We loved having the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was certainly comfortable and convenient.

There was a problem with the host sending a code to the phone they should take a secondary phone number so that they can text or called instead of just email only other than that when I did finally get a hold of the host she was very respectful and apologetic

Overall good
It was good. The tiny home neighborhood community is a bit removed so be sure to grab food/groceries before coming over. Everything was fine. Ceiling fan needed to be clean, but overall good.

Nice stay
This place was a nice little stay for my family. The place was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. We were traveling to the Grand Canyon which was maybe like a 20 minute drive. There is only a small convenient store around so I would recommend bringing all that you need prior. Over all it was a nice little place and I would recommend it.

Small home that had your all of necessities. The unit was very clean. We spent all of our time at the Canyon, but was a comfortable spot to come back to and put your feet up.

The property is well-maintained, and in a safe and beautiful area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location near the end of a one-mile gravel road sort of fits the rugged West, but it's something to be aware of. Great communication with the landlord!

Grand Canyon visit
The property was well maintained. It had everything you may need on a trip. I would suggest more than 1 night to utilize what's available. The beds were big and comfy with comfy pillows. There were 2 bathrooms which was nice trying to shower in the morning. It was easy to find, but the road leading to the property was rough. I would definitely stay again.

Ces petites maisons mobiles sont proches du Grand Canyon et reste une bonne option pour ceux qui ne peuvent se permettre le village. Par contre, l’intérieur laissait à désirer; des meubles brisés, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas, la cuisine pas très propre et pas de lavabo dans les salles de bain. L’air climatisé faisait un bruit d’enfer et nous avons dû la fermer pour la nuit afin de pouvoir dormir. Bref, cet endroit pourrait bénéficier d’un meilleur entretient.
