Due to the high fire danger of the area, no open flames of any kind are allowed in the house or on the property: lighting of fires, incense, or candles is prohibited inside and outside.
No pets allowed. Additional fee of $250 will be charged for each unauthorized pet.
We are a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping will not be tolerated, inside or outside. Any scent of smoke inside structure, you will be responsible for an additional $500 fine.
