"Overall great stay. Clean big room. Didn’t like 2nd day we came down for breakfast and there were no pastries left. They should refill items until 10am. I asked and they said “none left”.
Also, staff was vacuuming while we were trying to eat. That combination made the end to our stay annoying. Otherwise, a solid stay."
"I travel to MA. Moving my daughter back to college. After a long day I go to the hotel to check in. I walked in & I greeted the staff at desk. I was not greeted back, instead she just said, Last name. Which I gave her & gave her ID & my credit card & she gave me my keys. I didn't get a great welcome. I work in customer service & I expected a warm greeting or a greeting period. Hotel look & smell good. Got to my room to inspect the room & there was long strain of hair in sink & counter in bathroom. I usually clean & sanitize hotel room myself. So I didn't call desk for re-clean. Did it myself.Bed & pillows was very comfy. Had a great night sleep.Next day breakfast was very good. One of the reason why I stay with Tru. Pool was very relaxing. It was just me in there that was a plus. The staff the next day friendlier than the night before. Over all I will Definitely stay again."
"Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Loved the room. Comfy beds. Loved having the kitchenette. The pool was nice; the jacuzzi was colder than the pool. But pool was a lovely temp. The only downside was we could hear then people walking above us at like 3 am. Walls and ceilings may be a tad thin. However, very pleasant experience. Very reasonable price and was perfect for our stay to be near Six Flags."
"Well maintained rooms in this historic hotel. Located in downtown Northampton in the middle of all the restaurants, music venues and boutique stores.
Friendly staff and two restaurants and a bar on site.
Henry"
