「We really enjoyed our stay at Dove. It was like a family-friendly adult summer camp where all the essentials (propane grill, fire wood, condiments, beds and bedding) were provided but did not detract from the in-the-depths-of-the-woods feel. Close proximity to the lake as well as a beachfront recreation area with trails to boot. Our 6-year-old daughter loved it. Likely to go back given the opportunity!」

「Charming, rustic older cottage with a spectacular location. There is a very steep hill you must climb to this island hideaway which is totally worth it when you see the view. The outdoor entertainment areas are many and the house is well-equipped with everything you need. The dock, kayaks and other water toys make this property a good value but the view, combined with a private, wooded environment, is the real value! 」

「We loved our 1 night stay here - it is a super cute log cabin with comfortable beds and very clean! Our favorite part was the fire pit for smores and the kids especially loved the cozy swings! Host was very accessible. Definitely recommend!」

「Jess & Andy were wonderful hosts. The communication starting with pre-booking through check out exceeded my expectations.We stayed 5 nights at the end of August. The unit was stocked with all the essentials, linens, kitchenware & toiletries. Spacious back yard area with a picnic table, fire-pit and chairs. Very clean unit! The kids (15,13 & 12) loved the proximity of the pool and park. We enjoyed our cozy stay and look forward to returning in the years to come. 」

「Great and charming space! We were a family of 4 with 2 children(10&12). House had everything you need to include sheets or towels which some owners don’t provide. Bucks ponds was great and a 5 minute walk away. Kayaks and beach chairs were also available. Space is spread out so you can have people sleep in without hearing TV room. It’s an old house with many additions so the AC will vary among the rooms. Also you do need to go outside to get to basement entrance, but given the neighborhood,...

「Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!」

「We can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice it’s a fantastic place to stay and a great area that’s tucked away but only a few minutes to nearby towns. I’m from the area and wasn’t familiar with this part of the area. It’s very beautiful and did not disappoint. We look forward to returning to the cabin in the future. 」

「Cozy cabin on the lake. So many activities including kayaking, canoeing and just floating. Very private location but close enough that restaurants deliver. Easy to get down to the lake from the cabin, even for seniors. Full entertainment areas at the waterfront. I hosted a dinner for twelve with no problem. Owner is great and available if you need him」

「Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs.」

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
