Overall a great place to stay once you got checked in

It was a great place to stay, I didn’t like them trying to get you to sit through a timeshare presentation. It’s at a great location to everything and did not have trouble with anything with the rooms. Would stay there again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful VRBO property. It was so nice to be able to have the upstairs and downstairs for our family. Both having the same amenities was perfect! Communication was great with the owner. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Our rental was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The resort location is close to stores and restaurants. The resort amenities were clean and taken care of, we used and enjoyed them all.

The place was nice but more seating would be nice in living area for everyone to have comfy chairs and the toilet in the downstairs master was loose when you got up off it. May start leaking if that’s a broken seal

We rented two units. There was plenty of space and comfort for wide age range of family members. The kitchen equipment could have included a couple more bowls or platters for family meals. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed in your unit and were there for my father’s funeral. I just wanted to let you know that the downstairs unit smelled terrible and the entire unit could use an upgrade. I didn’t reach out during our trip because I was preoccupied with family. The back porch needs maintenance and there is a tree starting to grow through the deck.

Girls Getaway

Perfect location for my group. Can not review resort facilities since our stay was short and our main purpose of visiting the area was to spend a day a Busch Gardens. As far as accommodations were concerned, our units were very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Great pillows for a vacation property. Gave 3 stars only because of furniture. Definitely time to upgrade furnishing and units need some brighter decor. Very dark inside. Had a short, but great stay here.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The units were very clean & well equipped. We actually had two units in the same building to accommodate our family. One unit downstairs, one upstairs with a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. In a good location, close to lots off attractions in and around Williamsburg. Had a mini golf course on the property we enjoyed as well as a fitness center and great place to run/walk. My only suggestion would be if you rent the two units to the same family have 2 door stops to prop open the unit doors for ease in moving about the upstairs and downstairs without having to take your key card. Would definitely stay again!!

Clean, Comfortable Timeshare Property

First, I didn’t realize that this was a timeshare property when first reserving. That’s on me. Property owner/manager herself was great. Once in the room, no problem. Everything clean and comfortable. However, pretty critical feedback on the check-in process and the “concierge.” On three occasions, the “concierge” attempted to upsell and coerce our family to attend a timeshare seminar as quid pro quo to any local area pointers would be dispensed. Unethical. Check-in process was one of the most antiquated, COVID-unfriendly, and unpleasant experiences that I’ve had as a frequent traveler with average nights away per year between 150-175 before the pandemic. Undistanced, serpentine line, masks not required, and the process took 35 minutes. I would never come back to this timeshare property, as a result of the poor experience with their onsite staff and horrendously inefficient and irresponsible processes.
