「It was a quick visit (and we had one great weather day and the rest overcast and/or rainy), but were very comfortable at the house. It was impeccably clean and we had a great time out on the water - we used the pontoon, what a huge convenience, and well-maintained. Carmen was very responsive and we had no problems. We forgot our roku stick so were a little limited in what we could watch, but that's on us, and we managed fine. The wifi worked great and there were tons of games for us to play!...

「This place is beautiful & has everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone. It was almost perfect for us. It would be perfect for anyone that doesn't mind a lot of boat traffic. It's on a main stretch of the lake not far from a marina so the traffic was a lot more than we expected. Other than that, we loved it!」

「We booked this stay to enjoy the beautiful Cumberland lake area, fishing and exploring. EVERYTHING was just perfect the host was in constant communication with us and responded to our needs, the cabin was in the perfect location at the end of the road through our own gated safe community, we loved the hot tub, the game area and the whole cabin. We rented a pontoon and stayed out on the lake fishing and swimming, then ended the day with some yummy local food! My family will cherish these...

「Excellent place that has the best location he have stayed in. This was our 6th straight annual trip and the location was superb being at the end of the lake. Very few boats passed thru so it was very safe for the kids to paddle board, kayak, and swim. I have used the owner in the past. She is always great and took care of a broken step to the dock immediately. 」

「We stayed at Southern Comfort 1 for our annual family get together. The house was perfect for our 3 generations of adult couples and singles. The house is three levels, each level with bedrooms, a common area, and a deck overlooking the lake.
