Our stay got off to a rocky start. I had missed the email the host had sent earlier that morning. Plus i couldn't find the "white door" and lock box the VRBO customer service rep told us of. We were panicked that we weren't going to get into our room. Because of another event occurring that night at the complex, the host was not available when we called. However, she finally found us and was so very apologetic. She showed us where everything was then led us to our room. She asked several times what could she do to make this situation right for us. She is truly a wonderful woman dedicated to customer satisfaction.
The room was one of the most unique living environments I've experienced, filled with fanciful art pieces integrated into the structure of a 19th century production facility. I should mention the whole Pajama Factory complex is a mixed useage site dedicated to giving local artists space to do their art. The site has fantastic potential but dont expect a pristine environment. But our room could not have been nicer. Our only complaint was that there was no cable. But if you would like to visit Williamsport and are willing to try something different, you will not be disappointed by the Pajama Factory.
