“Do NOT believe the photos online. They are fake! And I don’t know where the 5-star reviews are coming from. This is NOT a hotel, and there’s nothing “Inn and Suites” about it. It is a run down, dilapidated, poorly maintained MOtel, desperately in need of either demolition or a makeover. We had reserved two nights and left after one.”

“I was never more miserable in a motel! My grandson and I were assigned a cabin UNDER that assigned to a VERY noisy family! The floor insulation was practically non-existent, and for two days, when we were in our room, we heard their CONSTANT thumping back and forth (with creaks galore), PLUS they constantly moved furniture. “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation……

“Being pet friendly was a plus. The room floor was dirty dont walk without shoes i had to throw a pair of my sons socks in the garbage, there was no microwave or fridge in the room, the shower heads aren't adjustable probably to save on water useing low pressure. At first my son had excess to the wifi useing his VR glasses then the internet access was restricted all of a sudden but i was able to still use my laptop with the same wifi.
