I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. I went inside and asked the desk clerk that was there if the you kid worked there and ha to that he did indeed, that is when the kid came out an was limping as if his leg had just been reattached. My complaints fell on deaf ears and after the first night there I understood why, most of the staff lived on site. I cannot stay away loud enough.

How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable. The room itself also was in clear need of renovation, general upkeep and in need of a good deep cleaning. Additionally, for a pet-friendly property, the lack of convenient or designated areas for dogs to use the restroom was a slight oversight and made our stay a bit difficult as we were working to avoid other pets, general guests and significant nearby traffic. We ultimately chose to check out a night early due to these issues, and no accommodations or consideration for a refund were offered for the night we chose to not stay. There were also problems at check-in with our Expedia reservation and pay-at-property arrangement that were never resolved, resulting in us being charged significantly more than expected and far more than the experience warranted. Overall, while the staff was kind and the pet policy is a positive, the property needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer provided services. Based on our experience, it’s difficult to recommend staying

Nice place to stay for a night. Everything was clean, a little dated bathroom but it was fine for the night. A few things I didn't care for were the bed was a pretty hard for my liking and the pillows were very flat, also they only had one shower towel, one hand towel and washrag in the room which I thought was super weird. I drove 5 hours after working all day and didn't arrive until 1am, by that time I just wanted to take a shower and laydown on a soft comfy bed. The guys at the front desk were very nice at check in and check out. My only other issue was the gap between the door. It made it so I could hear everything going on in the hallway, so it was a little loud.

Basic, clean room. No hairdryer. Unpleasant smell in the lobby upon arrival (trash was being collected, but may not have been reason for smell). Very uncomfortable bed with completely worn-out mattress that had a huge dent in the middle, and it felt like you were sleeping on a slope sliding down. Lots of loud street noise from the highway, which will bother light sleepers.

The motel was extremely clean! Staff is very helpful, too. Mostly well taken care of motel. But...the bed was well past it's prime. Extremely uncomfortable! I felt like I slept on a billiard table. Breakfast? The guy said they only serve coffee & tea; I went through the lobby at 0600, NOTHING! Don't expect to eat at Burger King, not open.

We were in a long drive and this hotel was the perfect stop for us. It was no frills but that’s what we paid for. The cost was great. Pets were easily accommodated (but we weren’t bothered by other pets). The hotel staff were very pleasant.
