“The house was as advertised. Neighborhood is quaint enjoyed our morning walks to the lake. We were visiting our son at UCONN and location was convenient to campus, the Hartford football and basketball arenas (15 minutes to all). Loved the Woke Breakfast and Coffee spot in Coventry so much that we went both mornings. One "watch out", the house is an older lake cottage and may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. “Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. ”
