「The place was good I just think I had higher expectations but then again it’s a motel so maybe it was totally my fault 」

「Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. 「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
