"The staff is very professional and the hotel is very clean as long as you don't have a room on a floor under construction. The restaurants are okay but the café has short hours so anything late night is at small food court with minimal selections of foods."

"Some staff very rude also stained bed sheets and also could not lock my door for both nights I was there maintenance came at 4am to wake us up just to find out he couldn't fix the door."

"This is the perfect house if you are going with a large group, 18 adults in ours and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property is beautiful just like the pictures and there was an activity for everyone. We spent the days by the pool which was heated and maintained prior to our arrival. They also provide several pool towels for use. Check in was easy. Our host William was absolutely amazing and very responsive. The house was clean, fun and had a good vibe! We will most definitely be staying here again! "
