Beautiful Front Street Penthouse
I am very pleased with my stay at the Penthouse on Front. The decor is very relaxing and elegant. Check in was very simple and the owner communicated with us promptly and efficiently. Everything we needed was provided. The furniture, especially the beds were very comfortable. Ear plugs for the possible street noise were provided but I slept like a baby without them. I highly recommend this location and I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend at the Penthouse
The Penthouse is a beautiful large space that is perfect for groups! I stayed here for my wedding weekend in May and was able to get ready with my bridesmaids before my wedding next door at Bakery 105 and it was amazing! The location was perfect and the space is so large which is hard to come by in the downtown area! Donna, the host, was excellent and made the experience that much better!

Beautiful and Comfortable
This gorgeous, huge loft is exactly as described and pictured. Location amazing, beds extremely comfortable, and as long as you are OK with 50ish stairs, it's perfect. Communication with the owner/manager also excellent. Cannot beat location and yes, the parking spot is very tight and hard to find at first, but it's great to have a spot.

The penthouse suite is so beautiful and so clean!!! I’m a stickler on cleanliness and this home met all of my expectations! It’s exactly as pictured. The penthouse is in a perfect location for dining and entertainment. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future! Communication with the owner made everything so easy for us! I truly can’t thank them enough!

The rental was as lovely as it was described and in a perfect location. Both entrances to the unit include 2 flights of stairs but they’re manageable.

Easy and Convenient to Downtown
This place was perfectly described, it was actually a better location than we realized as per the map in listing it looks to be a couple blocks up. It ended being only steps to the venue we had another function at. Apartment had everything we could have needed and more very well set up. Only thing negative i can say about this place is the parking it is very tight for an SUV, now it was a very busy weekend being the forth, but our car was hit BAD in the alley parking set for this place. We were very lucky that an honest person called police and left a note, but still a pain. Overall great place and would surely stay again.
