"This was an awesome place to stay in Gladwin, right on the water of Lake Lancer. We plan an ice fishing trip each year with work colleges and this is one of the best layouts we have seen for sleeping 13 people, hanging out in the common area and playing games in the dinner room, proximity to the water, and close to a few more lakes in the area that are good for fishing, there is also a trailhead about 20 min to the west that leads up to Houghton Lake area. "I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend."

"This is the second time we've stayed at this cabin and this time waa even better than the first time we stayed there. I'll say we've stayed at a few different places through the years and this is one of the best places we've stayed at. We can't wait until next year to come around so we can stay there again.
