“Quiet neighborhood close to many amenities”

“David was very helpful when I first booked this property and the payment didn't process correctly. He worked closely with me to make sure everything workout with my stay and I was very thankful for his assistance. The property was very nice, the canal view added a nice peaceful aspect to the backyard. The pool was warm and inviting and we spent a good amount of time there. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and I didn’t have any complaints about my stay. They make sure you have what you need to……

“We had a great family vacation at this home. The home was as listed. The pool was nice but I wish I would have asked to have the pool heater turned on when we first got there. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we thought there were lots of restaurants close to the house but there only seemed to be a fast food establishments. Our goal was not to have to get a rental car and that worked but Uber came in handy for going to restaurants and to the beach ($20 each way) and $4.00 to come home……

“We stayed here for Easter Break with my family of 5. House was great and the neighborhood was very quaint and welcoming. The Stork Bakery a few hundred yards away became our second kitchen! The inter coastal waterway was a great scenic add on when using the pool in the backyard. Beach was a 5 minute drive and I found parking cheap and easy at all times of the day. You’ll love this house!”

“Would stay at this location again, 4/5 stars given. Some things I would add for future tenants: 1) Fix master bedroom shower (water leaks under glass and onto the floor in large amounts) 2) Pool maintenance/cleaner did not show up at all when told it would be Thursday 3) Trash takeout - we had been given 2 different days of the week on the itinerary for trash/recycle, so this was quite misleading for us to try to assist 4) We believed the house should have come equipped with more basic……

“Our vacation week at Citrus Waterway was our best family vacation to date! The property was exactly as listed, and more! This was our first time to the Fort Lauderdale, so we were very unfamiliar with the area. The neighborhood seemed quiet and is located in great proximity to the airport, restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. The outdoor space at this rental provided our family with endless amounts of entertainment.
