Pros: Die FeWo hat eine Superlage inmitten der Eifel am Nürburgring. Sie ist geräumig und für 2 Familien auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Von hier aus sind viele sehenswerte Ziele zu erwandern oder zu "erfahren". Bei schönem Wetter hat man sehr schöne Erholungsmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung (z.B. Liegestühle, Sitzecke).
