The backyard of this property was amazing. The creek was peaceful and soothing. We loved the house. It was simple and nostalgic. The access to downtown was nice.

The location was perfect but the house didn't live up to expectations. Interior and exterior needs a deep cleaning especially the bathrooms. The overall house also needs updating inside and out. Probably would not stay here again.

You should show view out kitchen window. Place has everything ,besides food , that you could need. Very nice, quiet, private and 3 minutes from town. First choice for many returns. Bill. Ps. Excellent patio for entertaining.

Perfect location for nature getaway

We had a nice stay in this creekside home. It was definitely an older home but was so close to Blue Hole park which is why we chose it. The bed was comfy, house was clean and had everything we needed! We stayed in January so we didn’t really need to use the AC/heater wall units. (I’m curious how comfy it would be in the summer since they had a bunch of fans in all the rooms) If location to downtown Wimberely and walking distance to the park is what you’re looking for then this would be a good spot! Its had a nice sized backyard too!

Weekend getaway

Cypress Moon couldn’t be in a better location. It’s next to the Blue Hole for swimming and a fairly short walk down the Cypress Creek Nature Trail into the town of Wimberley. We watched deer, blue herons, hummingbirds, and shared the trail with a chubby raccoon. The house has been modernized. The kitchen/dining room and family/TV room are long and make the house feel large. The bedroom is also large. The bathrooms are clean and updated. There’s a large stone patio in the back and a hammock to sit/read/drink morning coffee. The street has only 5 houses so it’s quiet with no traffic. We had a great weekend and look forward to going back soon. Thanks for everything.
