Beautiful home

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was super close to the lake. The host was very accommodating. The only con I would say is it is in a neighborhood so there is not a lot of privacy. We had a great stay.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I rented 3 homes in Barefoot Bay to accommodate our large group. The TN Pearl was by far our favorite of the 3 properties. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is very open and all the rooms very spacious. The water views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the easy access to the water from the back yard. We were able to rent a boat several days at the local marina and tie it up to buoys behind the house. It's also very close to downtown Winchester which has several nice options for food (we really enjoyed Filos, Jeffersons, the Taco restaurant, and the Sugar Saloon - we had a milkshake every day we were there!) I would highly recommend this house and definitely plan on staying here again.

Incredible

Took my 4 kids ages 2-11 my wife and in-laws . We were just taken back. Everything was perfect. The responsiveness from Christie and kelly was top notch and like that the whole trip. We even asked if they had a pack and play they stated they didn’t, then had one delivered from Amazon and we didn’t even ask for it. We will definitely be back

The perfect week at the lake

Wonderful time had by all. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to town and that the house had all the water toys. The blackstone was a great and used for almost every meal. It was a perfect week!
