Absolutely stunning home and had a brilliant time with 5 couples celebrating mine and the wife’s 50th birthdays would highly recommend it’s in a perfect location for everything only downside it I left all my wife’s in opened Prosecco and her sleep pillow 🤣👍👌

4 generation holiday

Newstead was a great size for our family of 11 especially having the downstairs bedroom for grandparents or for anyone with disability in walking. Plenty of room for entertaining and a brilliant large dining room. Lovely comfortable beds with fresh bedding and thick white towels plenty for all. Easy access to, lovely long walks, woods close by for shorter walks, shops, cafes, boats and boozers all in 5-20min walk. We had a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone looking to get the whole family away we were 4 generations.

Perfect spot for Bowness and Windermere

This is a fabulous place for family and friends to get together. The ideal place to explore Bowness and Windermere. Bedrooms are all a good size, with en-suite, and there’s plenty of social space too.
