We’re happy to welcome house-trained pets! There’s a $150 fee per pet (up to 2). if you plan to bring pets please make sure to let us know in advance.
Guest access
You will have the whole house and 1.4 acres of land to yourself to enjoy

Just the utility room with all the mechanicals is not accessible to guests. (Lower level by the stairs)

Other things to note

★★OTHER THINGS TO NOTE★★

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a cleaning post-checkout to prevent any allergy-related illness in the cabin. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

We provide a starter set of household supplies -dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs.

Additional supplies can be purchased at:

-Hannaford Supermarket (Very large supermarket for everything, recommend pick up groceries on the way to the house, 20 mins from house)

- Hickory Hill Market in Windham (small specialty grocery shops for a nice selectiion ingredients, to-go sandwiches, and pizza. 5 mins from house. Also has EV chargers)

I understand there is no smoking allowed in the apartment. There is a fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, tobacco, and water pipes inside the cabin.

I understand furniture should not be moved.
