We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

"I had a really unpleasant stay. The room was in terrible condition — the walls were covered with dark spots, and the bed linen was completely stained and full of lint. The shared bathroom didn’t have any clearly personal or clean towels, so it was impossible to know whether they had already been used by other guests. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended."
