「The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv was fussy with lines running through it. We told them about it they never fixed it. The WiFi had only 10 channels. Nothing worth looking at. The food didn’t taste good that we ordered and not many selections. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We booked for three days but only stayed one. We just took our loses. Never again! 」

「The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. 」

I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience 」
