"Property is at an excellent location close to the harbor. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We only needed transportation to and from airport. And that could’ve even been by subway and bus. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Took the subway to Amtrak and rode to Salem. We stopped right out of the subway to the front sidewalk of the hotel. No issues whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee shops, parks, tourist attractions and restaurants all within walking distance. "

"The front desk staff was very courteous and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My kids loved the water park, which is in addition to the pool available to all hotel guests. The breakfast isn't included, but it was high quality and our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Overall I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was clean on our arrival, beds very comfortable. The location worked well for us as we utilized the bus station across the street that took us to the subway. The shuttle was a major plus, the drivers were kind and efficient and drove safely."
