"The hotel is large, modern and good looking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was great, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, they were hard and uncomfortable. The air con was too cold and didn’t seem to take any notice of the chosen temperature. The toilet roll holder is fitted the wrong way round! This meant chasing the toilet roll as it flew off the holder. The towels and toiletries were good quality and the drink making facilities were useful....
