Conveniently located just minutes from **Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem State University, UNC School of the Arts, local hospitals, downtown Winston-Salem, and some of the area’s favorite restaurants, breweries, and attractions**, Olde Towne Retreat puts you close to where you need to be while giving you a peaceful place to come home to.

The space comfortably sleeps **up to 5 guests** and features:

Plenty of Space to Unwind

The kitchen is stocked so you can prepare a family breakfast, enjoy takeout at home, or make a cup of coffee and ease into your morning without rushing out the door.

Traveling With Your Furry Family Member?

We’re happy to welcome **approved pets**! A maximum of **one pet up to 40 lbs** is permitted, with a pet fee. Service animals are excepted from the pet fee and weight restriction.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets must be crated when left alone or overnight, remain off furniture unless covered, and stay off provided linens. Guests should bring their pet’s bedding. The backyard is **not fully fenced**, and guests are responsible for following local leash requirements and cleaning up after their pet.

Private Entrance & Guest Access

Guests have access to the **entire upstairs apartment**, including the private guest entrance, game room, workspace, and designated backyard amenities.

Your stay includes **private access to the upstairs living space**. The downstairs portion of the home has a separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term tenant. There are **no shared indoor spaces** with the downstairs residence.

Owner closets, the downstairs living area, carport, and detached buildings are not included in the rental.

Exterior Security Cameras

For your safety and the security of the property, **Olde Towne Retreat has exterior-only security cameras**.

There are **three outdoor cameras** located on the property:

* One camera at the **front of the house**, covering the front yard and driveways
* One camera mounted on a **tree in the backyard**
* One camera mounted on the **backyard building**, providing coverage of the backyard area

There is also a **Ring video doorbell/camera at the guest entrance**.

There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.** The exterior cameras are used solely for property security and guest safety.

Check-In & House Guidelines

Check-in is after **4:00 PM**, and checkout is by **10:00 AM**. You’ll receive easy keypad access for a convenient self-check-in.

To help keep Olde Towne Retreat peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, we ask guests to observe our house guidelines, including:

* Maximum occupancy of **5 guests**
* Quiet hours from **10:00 PM–8:00 AM**
* No parties or events
* No unauthorized additional guests
* No candles or indoor open flames
* Fire pit use is subject to local conditions and restrictions
* Please respect the property, neighbors, and surrounding community

Extended Stays

For stays **longer than 21 days**, a rental agreement is required before the stay.
